All sales are final.
We take great care in sourcing, handling, and packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described. As many of our pieces are vintage or delicately made, minor variations or signs of wear may be present and are considered part of their character.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at ellie.proctor@gmail.com
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage
Once your claim is reviewed, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or store credit.
Please note that we cannot process claims submitted after the 5-day window, and items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
